Administration

The following positions are all immediate needs. If you have interest in any position and are willing to become a short-term or career missionary and raise support to get to the field, please contact Dr. Robert K. Rapa, Dean of ABTS, at abts@abtscu.org.

Director of Administrative Operations: This individual should be a teamworker who is able to oversee the energy of others to maintain the flow of task accomplishment in the administrative office. A general knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn student-specific record management, is necessary. This position has no specific degree requirements; administrative experience is essential.

Assessment and Curriculum Specialist: an individual who understands HLC standards and is able to write self-study standards to meet NCA requirements. As well, this person should have background in curriculum planning and development. A master's degree in a relevant educational discipline is desired.

Publications Specialist: one who is able to plan, develop, and complete publications and materials essential to the ministry of ABTS. Knowledge of MS Publisher, MS Word, and Adobe Photoshop is desired. No specific degree requirements attach to this position.
