As far as acquiring Bible knowledge, improving ministry effectiveness and pursuing personal spiritual growth are concerned, I consider this program very worthy of recommendation to others. (Hong Kong Grad)

Asia has a plethora of religions and invites a tendency to blend some of the old practices . . . That's why we insist that students be able to discern what is biblical, what is unbiblical; what is truth, what is untruth; and not simply accept everything that is presented to them. (Dr. Nienhuis)

The program brought a renewed exuberance and passion to me and the ministry where God has called me. (Philippines, '05 Grad)

In Acts 2 we read that Peter, when speaking of the events surrounding the crucifixion of Jesus, says this.  "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.  For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to Himself."  God is calling to Himself a people for His name.  Evidence of this is seen in each of our ABTS classes.

And in Proverbs 27, verse 17, we read, "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another."  As the church in Southeast Asia grows, the needs of the church grow.  Undershepherds and servant leaders are needed.  As ABTSers come together to study the Scriptures and increase their ministry competencies, they are sharpened and honed.  God is using them in turn to call others to Himself.

Are you one that God has called to Himself?  Are you one that He has raised up to help meet the needs of the church?

If you believe that ABTS might be able to help you as you seek to serve the Lord, please contact the country coordinator or the Singapore office staff.  Or if God has called you to be a supporter of this ministry share that with the staff also.
