Sheraz Akhtar

Educational Ministries

Dr. Sheraz Akhtar teaches at Chiang Mai University and serves as an adjunct professor at ABTS of Cornerstone University. He received his Ph.D in Education and Development Studies from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. 

Dr. Akhtar works with persecuted refugees and internally displaced people in the camps and urban areas of Thailand and neighboring countries. His research focuses on refugee communities’ political, social, legal, economic, and education issues in emerging countries.
